Administrative/Marketing Assistant
David Grant, Inc is seeking a talented and enthusiastic administrative/marketing assistant to join our growing team.
In this position you will be responsible for supporting our marketing group with sales presentations, proposals, and at conferences. This is a full time
entry level position and we will provide industry-related training.
Required Skills
Must be dependable, detail-oriented and well-organized with a desire to learn and the ability to work independently.
Experience using Microsoft Office and Corel/Adobe Photoshop.
Responsibilities
Perform general office administrative tasks.
Create proposals for prospective clients.
Schedule and assist with sales presentations for prospective clients.
Schedule training presentations.
Make arrangements for vendor participation and sponsorship opportunities at conferences.
Maintain sales related pages of web site.
Other duties as assigned.
Note: Travel to industry related conferences, sales calls, and meetings may be required.
