Administrative/Marketing Assistant

David Grant, Inc is seeking a talented and enthusiastic administrative/marketing assistant to join our growing team. In this position you will be responsible for supporting our marketing group with sales presentations, proposals, and at conferences. This is a full time entry level position and we will provide industry-related training.  

 Required Skills

  • Must be dependable, detail-oriented and well-organized with a desire to learn and the ability to work independently.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Corel/Adobe Photoshop.

  •  Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administrative tasks.

  • Create proposals for prospective clients.

  • Schedule and assist with sales presentations for prospective clients.

  • Schedule training presentations.

  • Make arrangements for vendor participation and sponsorship opportunities at
        conferences.

  • Maintain sales related pages of web site.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Note: Travel to industry related conferences, sales calls, and meetings may be required.
