The NoHo Eligibility List (E-List) Software Module provides a flexible, efficient, and affordable solution for agencies seeking to automate their child care eligibility waiting list. NoHo’s versatile software meets the needs of a single agency configuration as well as the needs of a centralized multi-agency, multi-county implementation. Since 2002, NoHo E-List is a user friendly, powerful, and State compliant software for managing information of families waiting to be enrolled in all types of subsidized child care programs.

Utilizing a user friendly graphical interface, agencies can quickly enter and report information about families meeting program specific eligibility requirements.  When used in conjunction with NoHo CARE subsidy management module or NoHo Resource & Referral Module, users can easily move family information to and from the E-List at the touch of a button... no special interface is required.  This function greatly reduces the redundant entry that E-List users are required to perform that often results in data entry error.
