NoHo CARE

• 6/30/10- Our latest release version 5.12 is now available. Version 5.12 includes the ability to enter financial information for the 8501 Report, the ability to track historical need status entries, and much more.

• 6/15/10- Version 5.11patch 1 includes new features to make family fee billing and attendance entry easier and more efficient, 4 new reports to review attendance and enrollment data, and much more.

• 4/8/10- Version 5.11 includes enhanced income tracking, improved Food Program reporting, a new Family Fee Summary by Classroom Report, and much more.

• 12/31/09- CARE version 5.10 includes enhanced functionality for agencies with the CSPP program, new proration options for Provider Payment, and much more.

• 6/30/09- CARE version 5.09 includes a new data transfer function and enhanced 801A reporting options.

• 03/23/09- CARE version 5.08 includes a new Family Fee Listing Report, a new Payments tab on the Child Form, and much more.

• 10/03/08- CARE version 5.06 includes functionality that allows users to make provider payments based on actual attendance.

• 06/16/08- CARE version 5.05 includes Provider Garnishment functionality, a new tab for storing provider non-operational days, and user notification when child's Best Interest Days absences exceed a pre-set maximum.

• 03/24/08- CARE version 5.04 includes the ability to store a link to external documents on the Family Form. This can be used to store a link to a parents pay stubs, self employment declaration and other important documents that were scanned and saved outside of CARE.

• 11/30/07- CARE version 5.03 includes the ability to store a link to external documents on the Provider Form. This can be used to store a link to a provider rate sheets and other important documents that were scanned and saved outside of CARE.

NoHo CEL

• 6/25/10- Our latest release, version 4.21 is now available. Version 4.21 includes a new Child Aging Report, the ability to print user and security rights, and much more.

• 4/8/10- Version 4.20 includes a new CDE file export error check, the ability to export report results from the Family Report, the ability to track how families heard about the CEL, and much more.

• 11/13/10- CEL version 4.19 includes a new Status Update Utility, enhanced options for creating mailing letters, and much more.

• 4/25/09- CEL version 4.18 includes improved enrollment status change tracking in the Child Status Form and much more.

• 08/06/08- With version 4.16, users have the ability to search for children by name or ID and improved CPS status handling

• 06/05/08- With version 4.15, CEL Administrators can set a login notification message that will be viewed by all users at login.

• 02/19/07- With version 4.11 patch 3, Our Parent Update Forms became available in English, Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese. Users also have the capability of creating the introduction letter in any language.

• 01/15/07- The first County CEL Administrator to have their CDE Export file successfully accepted by CDE for the January data collection, was a NoHo CEL client!
